76. Al-Insan

The surah that opens with a question posed to arrogant Man about his utter nothingness before God brought him into existence. It takes its name from the word "man" (al-insān) mentioned in verse 1. The surah speaks of how man is tested (verse 2 ff.) and what the results will be for the evildoers (verse 4) and for the righteous (verse 5 ff.). The Prophet is urged to persevere in his devotion and to bear with patience (verse 23 ff.).
The surah is also known as: Every (Man).

AD-DAHR


عَالِيَهُمْ ثِيَابُ سُنْدُسٍ خُضْرٌ وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌ ۖ وَحُلُّوا أَسَاوِرَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَسَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ شَرَابًا طَهُورًا ﴿٢١﴾
٢١ - ان (کے بدنوں) پر دیبا سبز اور اطلس کے کپڑے ہوں گے۔ اور انہیں چاندی کے کنگن پہنائے جائیں گے اور ان کا پروردگار ان کو نہایت پاکیزہ شراب پلائے گا .
[76:21] Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink.
[Transliteration] 'Aaliyahum siyaabu sundusin khudrunw wa istabraq, wa hullooo asaawira min fiddatinw wa saqaahum Rabbuhum sharaaban tahooraa
