The surah wherein God commands Abraham to proclaim to all humanity the obligation of The Pilgrimage to the Ancient House of God—The Kaʿbah—in Mecca. verse 26 ff. of this surah relate the ḥajj pilgrimage, after which it is named. This theme is introduced by the condemnation of those who bar the believers from access to the Sacred Mosque and is followed by permission to fight when attacked. It begins with the Day of Judgement and castigates those who worship useless idols, describing them later as powerless to create even a fly. The surah ends by urging the Muslims to persevere in following the faith of Abraham.
The surah is also known as: The Hajj-Pilgrimage, Tile Pilgrimage.

AL-HAJJ


إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالصَّابِئِينَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ وَالْمَجُوسَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ ﴿١٧﴾
١٧ - جو لوگ مومن (یعنی مسلمان) ہیں اور جو یہودی ہیں اور ستارہ پرست اور عیسائی اور مجوسی اور مشرک۔ خدا ان (سب) میں قیامت کے دن فیصلہ کردے گا۔ بےشک خدا ہر چیز سے باخبر ہے .
[22:17] Indeed, those who have believed and those who were Jews and the Sabeans and the Christians and the Magians and those who associated with Allah - Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, over all things, Witness.
[Transliteration] Innal lazeena aamanoo wallazeena haadoo was saabi'eena wan nasaaraa wal Majoosa wallazeena ashrakooo innal laaha yafsilu bainahum yawmal qiyaamah, innal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in shaheed
